Put things in an acceptance box. Isolate everything that feels off bad and confusing and simply be aware of it, put it in the Acceptance box.

For example I am confused I don’t like this.

It’s okay that I’m confused and I don’t like this.

It shouldn’t be this way and there’s a huge mistake.

It’s okay that I feel it shouldn’t be this way and there’s a huge mistake.

In this way nothing has to obstruct me, it can all be accepted as it is. I am not that once I am aware of it. It’s like I step out of its compartment and I’m no longer obstructed by it.
