When desire is nearly unbearable, allow yourself to go there and have the full Essence in that moment even if it’s just energetically. Then quickly return back to your infinite pool of being Where You Are containing everything, light and free and unaffected by it all. Or you can see your desires lightly and matter factly, without any pressure.
