Throw Benthino In the Trash

I’m still struggling with this haunting block from benthino telling me to throw my romance in the trash. It’s so uncomfortable, and I can’t quite free dive to all I desire. There is a separation/blockage.

And then it occurred to me, why not throw Benthino in the trash? Of course I have total respect for him, I mean for sake of exercise, throw all he said and what I think it means in the trash.

Now what do I desire?
